Privacy Policy

STATE VI does not collect, store or transmit personal information. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.

What stays on your device

Saved items, your spoiler preference, and a flag recording that you have seen the launch notice are written to your device's local storage — AsyncStorage in the mobile app, localStorage on this site. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app, or clearing your browser data, deletes it permanently. We cannot recover it and we never see it.

What we do not do

• No accounts, sign-ups, email addresses or passwords.
• No analytics, telemetry or crash-reporting services.
• No advertising, ad identifiers or tracking pixels.
• No third-party SDKs that collect data.
• No selling or sharing of data, because none is collected.

Server logs

When the app or this site loads content, it requests it from our API, which runs on Cloudflare Workers. Like any web server, Cloudflare records standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path and user agent. We use these only to keep the service running and to investigate faults. They are handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy and are not combined with anything else, because there is nothing else to combine them with.

Children

STATE VI is not directed at children under 13 and we knowingly collect no information from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Any change that affects what is collected would ship alongside a new app version.
