Overview
Jason grew up around grifters and crooks. A stint in the Army was meant to shake off a troubled adolescence; instead he came home and drifted into the Leonida Keys, working for the local drug runners who own the water down there. What he wants is a quiet life; what he gets is the opposite, at every turn. He meets Lucia, an easy score goes wrong, and the pair end up at the centre of a criminal conspiracy running the length of the state.
